To initiate this process, customers must provide a video while unboxing the package as proof. All products come with a 10-day warranty, and replacement items will be delivered within 6 working days after filing a complaint.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if your order is not delivered within 10 working days. In such cases, refunds will be processed via Paytm, PhonePe, or Google Pay. Please note that refunds are conducted on weekends, so any requests submitted during the week will be processed on Saturday or Sunday.
